She Thrive reached 150 girls, empowering them with essential knowledge and skills. We taught them how to manage their menstrual hygiene effectively, and also provided training in leadership, public speaking, and sexual reproductive health (SRH). To further support their well-being, we distributed reusable menstrual pads to ensure they have the necessary resources to stay in school and participate confidently in their daily activities. The impact of our program has been significant, reducing school absenteeism due to menstruation from 20% to just 5%.
