The Empower and Thrive Project was designed to empower youth with disabilities, specifically focusing on women, by providing them with essential skills in vocational training, technology, and entrepreneurship. This initiative has positively impacted 31 young women, offering them the resources and support needed to overcome barriers and thrive in their careers and personal endeavors. Through the project, participants were trained in valuable areas such as vocational skills, digital technology, and entrepreneurship, enabling them to enter the workforce, start their own businesses, and achieve greater independence.
