The RiseUp Graduate Project was launched in Dar es Salaam with the goal of equipping youth with valuable skills in technology, web designing, and coding. The project empowered 69 young individuals, providing them with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in key areas of digital technology. Participants learned critical skills that are highly sought after in today’s job market, including web development, coding languages, and web design. The program not only focused on technical training but also provided the tools for personal development, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Key Achievements: 69 Youth Empowered: The program successfully trained and mentored 69 youth in the fields of technology and web development. Employment Success: Out of the 69 participants, 30 secured full-time employment in the tech industry, applying their newly acquired skills to high-demand roles. Self-Employment: The remaining graduates have ventured into self-employment, using thei

skills to create their own businesses and freelance opportunities in web design and coding.
